For any business the main vision and goals of the business should be clearly explained. It acts as an initiating force for any business.

• What do you sell (product/service)?
• Who is the customer?
• What is your primary competitive advantage?
• What is your plan for growth?
Goals should be listed, so that you can set a way to move further and try to achieve the target what you have set. Goals should be contained with certain targets which normally answer for the following questions.
What extent you want your business to be developed?
What do you want to achieve in this business?
Do you want to have partnership with someone?
What type of customer you want to deal with?
